5bww collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML obligations, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. 5bww will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. In the event of a dispute between a Member and 5bww, the Member should first contact 5bww's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For matters relating to game fairness or technical disputes, 5bww's determination — supported where appropriate by server-side game logs and RNG certification records — shall be considered final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
